We accept returns to exchange only on READY TO SHIP items

All items that are made to order are FINAL SALE. and may not be returned.

Every item of LE BRIGLIE  takes between 2 to 6 weeks to be made.

We believe that every costumer deserves special attention, for us that means that a pair of shoes is made for that particularly person. When you receive your Le Briglie Item, you will know that is made just for you, with all our love and care.

We can accept returns only in cases of products bearing manufacturing defects and we create a new one for you.

In accordance with the previsions of Article 55, Paragraph 2, Letter C of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal, Cancellation or Inscription such as monograms and so on and the Return is excluded in the case of orders for products customized as for example the choose of the leathers in the product.Please take care that the images shown on the website might be different to reality in final color due to the color apply on your device.

On case of return goods will be only accepted if they are dispatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The Item is under your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that has a tracking. The Cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility as the import taxes on case is due.

Le Briglie only accept that if the shoes are in their original condition, including the original box and dust bags, and must be completely unworn.

Please try your item on a carpeted with any sign of wear will not be accepted for an exchange.

Le Briglie reserves the right to refuse any exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your exchange is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
