Shipping Fees

We have FREE shipping worldwide.

All the orders are shipped with DHL – Fedex or EMS.

All our shoes are custom made can takes to be ready to ship between 2 to 6 weeks time.
The items on Ready To ship option can be shipped into 24-48 Hours from Monday to Friday and delivery time is currentuly in 1-3 days from the moment the order leaves the warehouse.

Please note that the delivery can be delayed due to your country’s customs and LE BRIGLIE is not responsible for any unexpected delays during the transit.

.Important Delivery Information

We recommend that you consider the following information:

•All orders require a signature upon receipt,
•We are unable to redirect orders once items have been shipped, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address,
• If the courier doesn’t find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package two more times, leaving a card with instructions on each occasion.

.When do we deliver?
The couriers deliver 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. The couriers do not deliver on holidays.

.Insurance

We insure each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you. If you are not the receiver of your purchase (for example a gift order) then the person who signs for the package confirms receipt and is accountable for the package.

.Tracking your Order
You can check the current status of your shipment by signing into your account and visiting the ‘Orders’ section.

.Taxes and Duties
All the orders to be delivered in the EU have no duties, so you will not pay any extra at delivery.

Rest of the countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to and payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs upon arrival.

As we are unable to advise on the amount this may be, we invite our customers to verify local taxes and duties before placing an order. Shipping costs are already included in the final amount of your order. However, the courier may present you with a separate invoice from local authorities for duties owed.

If the customer refuses the delivery due to the import Duties and fees, Taxe and any other charge and fee, the package will either be destroyed or returned to the sender, in Those cases, any additional fee incurred will be the responsibility of the customer and the original order will be NOT refundable.

ORDERS

The only products offered for sale by LE BRIGLIE are those shown on LEBRIGLIE’s website at the time of placing the Order, as they are described on the relevant information pages.

However, it shall be understood that the images accompanying the information regarding a product are shown for information purposes only and may not be wholly representative of the product’s features, possibly differing, for example, in colour and size as all our items are Custom made (in some cases due to the browser and screen used to access the Website and view the images).

To place an Order, the Client must fully complete the relevant form on the Website and send the same after carefully reading the Conditions as well as the features of the product and/or products that the Client intends to purchase. The Client shall also ask LE BRIGLIE, if desired, to send a tax invoice for the purchase, pursuant to Article 22 of Italian Presidential Decree no. 633/1972.

Correct receipt of the Order shall be confirmed by LE BRIGLIE by means of a reply via email sent to the email address indicated by the Client. Said confirmation message shall include a summary of the purchase conditions, in accordance with applicable regulations, as well as the details provided by the Client on the Order, so that the Client may check said details and communicate any necessary corrections without delay.

 

PAYMENTS

We accept payments with VISA, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, DINERS CLUB, JBC.

We accept also ALIPAY, APPLE PAY, WE CHAT PAY, GOOGLE PAY, SOFORT, SEPA DIRECT PAYMENT,

We accept payments through PAYPAL, which includes all major credit or debit cards. If you don’t have a Paypal account don’t worry, you don’t need to have an account to pay through Paypal, just a credit or debit card. Please note that your billing address must match the address on your paypal address.

Out Site Features state-of-the-art security systems, offered by Stripe, to encrypt and protect your payment details. Encryption makes your data illegible to LE BRIGLIE and to any third part, guaranteeing the total security of all the transactions.
